mithriltabbyInteresting! Looks like LiveJournal will update even if it returns “document contains no data”. That’s a poor design.
I can see how they can wind up with people paying for access to the fast servers; the slow response time is one thing, but the tendency to return “document contains no data” will really make it worth paying for convenience. Shrewd.
