At work, I’m meddling with a rather nifty tool called Doxygen. It’s a handy way to make sure your source code and documentation stay up to date: you just include the right formatting codes in the comments and it will generate a convenient webwork of HTML (or LaTeX or WinHelp or what have you). The name is, of course, a pun on “oxygen” using “docs” (documentation) and “gen” (generation). I wonder if they knew the meaning of the word “doxy” before they named their project...
