In particular, generating the UAC activation context to attempt to run the program failed. And of course they don’t provide sxstrace on Windows XP to allow diagnosing the problem...

firmware upgrade worked, but you get a GIANT RED FAIL message because you are upgrading to something different than the hardcoded value that is in the updater? WHO WROTE THAT POS? Can I slap them? Please?
