Jan. 17th, 2003 03:34 pm Finally traded in the crufty old 17” monitor that was on my desk for a 19” Viewsonic G90f. 1600×1200×32bits is nice... but I’m curious about that 2048×1536×32bits that the ViewSonic drivers claim is possible but won’t do under Windows XP. That could be really interesting...
xplanet is looking pretty nifty as long as I stick to really huge maps of the Earth, but the cloud patterns are starting to look a little grainy.
