According to a report from the Congressional Budget Office, same-sex marriage would boost federal income tax revenues by $400 million per year until the end of the decade (and even more after), and other savings would lead to net savings of $1 billion per year. I hope this data point takes a prominent place on the pro-gay-marriage platform.

This needs massive exposure - we need to pass this along to Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, & Transgendered interest groups.
