The LIFECOR LifeVest “was designed as an intermediate-term treatment option for people at high risk for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).” Bewert suggests that Bush might be wearing one of these. BuzzFlash notes that Bush has skipped his annual physical, and that the pretzel incident may have been a heart attack. That makes a lot more sense than the bulge being a conduit for the Voice of Karl Rove.

If so, that means that Bush and Cheney are both at risk for heart attacks.
