Time to calibrate the bogometer!

I think the old-style 0–10 bogometers aren’t descriptive enough. I think they need to be calibrated in terms of what drugs the developers have to be consuming in order to produce code of the given bogosity, e.g.

0. Guzzling Coca-Cola
   .
   .
   .
3. Swilling beer
4. Smoking pot
5. Smoking pot whilst using old VMS manuals for rolling papers
6. Dropping Ecstasy
7. Dropping acid
8. Smoking crack
9. Smoking monkey crack
10. Smoking advanced experimental prototype monkey crack

What important descriptive terms am I missing here? Do I have anything out of order?
